Hi John. In my case, eBay notified me with 2 warnings and then a 30 day suspension. The 2 warnings and suspension all occured within 2 hours. The reason for the 2 warnings and subsequent suspension were from one person who complained 3 times to eBay. I explained my side and the reinstated me.
