Possibly the screen resolution is different on your laptop to your other machine. If you are using non-proportional fonts they can look 'funny'. You may have Frontpage optimised for 1024x768 pixels. If so then change it to 800x600 before you upload. Also, if it is 'shrinking to fit' the smaller screen then set tables etc to a fixed size and not 100% pixel width so you get scroll bars.
