According to the Las Vegas Advisor, the average price of a Las Vegas show has gone up considerably in the last year. Last year the average show ticket set back buyers $47.20, and this year the average price has jumped 14% to $53.66. The average was calculated by factoring in all the shows in town, except for the expensive temporary headliners.

If you were to include all shows, the average ticket price would be $64.22, up 6% over last year. Expect the average to climb higher this year as two high end ($100+) shows are set to debut at Wynn Las Vegas (Le Reve and Avenue Q). There are also productions planned for the Venetian and Planet Hollywood.
