Thanks Jim! I hadnt thought to try booting up with no cartridge
in the drive. I'll try that.
As for the Syquest web site, I've done everything the site has
suggested to do, nothing worked. I tried to call their tech.
support line but it has been disconnected! Do you
happen to have the phone number for their tech support?
