I am pretty positive they were made in only red, white and blue..... .... ..... I am pretty sure they were not distributed one at a time with bottles. I have seen the usual cardboard boxes of a hundred..... ..... I have these dupes I'd sell for $4 each, plus actual postage-insurance:
¶ American Rye -- red, blue
¶ Canadian Club -- red, white, blue
¶ Imperial Whiskey -- red, white, blue
¶ American Bourbon -- red, white, blue
¶ Mountain Ridge Bourbon -- blue, white

There is also a Walker's Father Time Bourbon. I have them in red, white and blue, but can't find any dupes.
