I have the same Walkers chip that you show, Dave. Have never seen any other color.

There are also these chips... apparently from a different whisky maker but likely from the same chip maker. Also only red, white, blue. No traders. RobertE may have some.

Regarding dates, I've not tried to research them. But the ones below are DATED! [g]
