I was never sure what they were used for. Now that I see this nice set, I'd say they were sold in the gift shop for home play. "D" valued in TCR, which seems high now that this quantity has surfaced. I had speculated at one time that they were "time share" premiums for a resort with a desk at the Sahara.

I need the white one... maybe you can offer some to collectors on this board?
