I tried to solve this via email, but didn't get a single response.

When someone uses your URL web address for their online eBay auction to illustrate their auction, is there a proper response? I deleted the image at first. I then reloaded it to my site with a bunch of bexplaining and a plea telling the individual that is using my website, my investment in the hardware to provide the image, and all of the time it took me to learn how to do this is deserving of, at the very least a request of permission to use the image on my website.

I made it VERY clear that I'd be willing to help, I'd be willing to let them continue to use my site as a image link for their auction. Someone better inform one of the well-known AC dealers that they shouldn't ignore their email when they're taking advantage of other people.
