1. From internet explorer go up to tools

2. click on internet options

3. Click on advanced

4. Under Microsoft Vm make sure all the java's are checked then click ok or apply .

5. If you don't have java or virtual machine email us for further instructions. If you are computer literate you can find sun java and download it .
