Insurance when purchased is intended to cover the
buyer...even in that case the seller files a claim after receiving your statement of non delivery..the money reimbursed is the money paid
on the claim..the original money paid to the seller belongs to the seller. There is no apparent loss to Him...You just have to trust he
actually shipped the item.....Rich
