Well, I don't. I give credit when credit is due. If someone fixes your car and does a poor job even though it still runs, do you just let it be or do you expect to get it done right? If it's not done right repeatedly, the person fixing your car deserves to be fired. I never said not to give people a second chance to correct the problem. Repeat offenders are the problem.
