All I can say is when the people of California had their say and voted cigarettes out of bars and restaurants it was a good day. Finally "everyone" can go out and have a beer or dinner and go home without smelling like a three day old ashtray. As far as "freedom of choice" I guess it is a matter of "whose" freedom of choice the minority or majoritys. To a smoker the whole worlds an ashtray. Go into any casino and look in the coin trays and on top of the machines they are covered in ash and burn marks. The streets and gutters are littered with cigarette butts, you can even find butts in the streams of our National Parks! You want sympathy? Go look in the dictionary.
