This happened to me and I told the seller to take his shill bidder and go s*r*w himself. I reported it to ebay as a shill bid and they got back to me and said they didn't think so. I refused to pay and perhaps I have 1 non-paying bidder on my record. I think it takes 4 before any action is taken. The seller did not post a negative feedback because he would certainly have gotten one in return.
