It may be a BudJones type chip, but the inlay is not the same size as the sample you show. The surface finish on the chip is matte as well... not the shiny plastic feel of the traditional BudJones. I don't have samples from anyone else that match the Morongo but would suspect it might be one of the other makers of plastic chips like RT Plastics or maybe the guys in Italy.
