that Mississippi and Louisiana seem to have the dirtiest, grimyest chips on the planet? Is it the humidity down there?

I've had several chips from these states that looked like mud cakes before I cleaned them.

As my daughter used to say: Yuk, yucko, twpuwy! ( difficult to spell the sound she made :-) )
