Well all, looks like I unintentionally scre#$d up.
In my silly posts earlier, I joked about shill bidding which, in retrospect was not only nasty, but I seem to have violated the club code of ethics #11:
"To refrain from making any unjustified, false, or slanderous comments about other members."

In the midst of my blabbering, I feel that I've violated that by accusing Banjo of shilling.

So, no matter what exchanges you all might have had with Capt Banjo on all the CB banter, good or bad, my having accused him was both wrong and out of line- i have no proof of this and even more reasons why it's false, which I won't get into.
I'll also state for the record that I have done chip business with Banjo in the past, hope to do more in the future, and can aver that all our transactions were most professionally and courteously handled.
So, that's all. Capt Banjo, you're an OK guy, i hereby apologize for slandering you (heaven knows you get enough of it on the board without me)and if you or the BOD sees fit to act on my egregious violation of ethic #11, i hereby plead very guilty; I'm all yours, folks....at your mercy. He might be opinionated, but his reliability/reputation as a seller should not have been brought into question by me, especially with a low blow like that. It was a bad joke that got out of hand in a moment of stupidity, and i, as a Lm of the club, should have behaved better and thought before I posted. That is all.
