the Palace Station casino. There was only one issue of chips ( a $1 & a $5 Bicentennial) from "The Casino" and they are very hard to find (TCR has them as a "Z4" or "Z5" value). Mr. Pierre had noted that the items were sold at a price set by the seller (both the 
auctions and the additional chips), so he did not feel that item #9 of the Code of Ethics would be / should be considered.
In both your situation as well as mine, the seller set the price...you (& I) were lucky enough to spot it first. If it wasn't you (or I), someone else certainly would have done it, whether they're a
