Buyer's Regret
In Response To: A question on selling chips ()

In marketing terms, wanting to return an item because you think that you made the wrong decision to purchase is called BUYER'S REGRET. IMHO ... on its own, buyer's regret is not justified reason for taking a return. If the seller does take the return, then the buyer should pick up any of the expenses of the transaction, such as the shipping fees. Of course there are other reasons for taking the return, such as the CCGTCC 10 day Code of Ethics requirement.
