Nevada has a limit of 25 specialty plates that are active at one time. (wow!) As one drops off the list, another may be added. There needs to be a signed petition by 1,000 drivers who will register their cars with the specialty plates.

Now if someone has a list of the 25 current plates and one is Casino "something" CCGTCC would be a hot prize!
