Barry - I usually post feedback as soon as I receive
payment. I do not, however, respond to the feedback
left by the winning high-bidder or seller. On
International purchases [mine] I post feedback as
soon as the seller acknowledged payment was
received. I also have more than one eBay account. Costly, but it serves my purposes well.
