the only problem becomes, "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?", as Juvenal said...who shall guard the guardians? How about implementing an automatic filter that blocks words like oh, let's say "jack@ss" or other choice phrases rather than leaving the censor duties to humans...otherwise there will be endless "why'd you delete me..." posts!
