My God, some people will read something into anything. You are looking at a 6 image flic. In each of the 3 images with open hand, only 2 fingers and the thumb are fully visible. On close examination with an image editing program, the edge of the next finger appears in every one of the three images. In one image the index finger does not lift up to full extension. The ring finger obviously does, even though only a sliver of it is visible. Anyone who would take this to be a deliberate flipping of the bird is sick.
