My wife Kathy and I decide to do one last "remote" casino run before the weather really turns nasty here in Minnesota. We orginally planed to go to Hinckley's Grand Resort, but when we could not get a room at a reasonable price, decided to go to Jackpot Junction located in Morton MN. Left Thursday evening after work for the 100 mile drive and first checked in at the nearest offsite hotel ($38.85 for two with free shuttle service to the hotel - not bad).
First stop was the buffet (one of my favorite activies at any casino) but since it was sea food night at only $9.95 per person, how could you go wrong! Anyway, after you pay your tab, they give each person in your part a CHIPCO chip that you are suppose to give your server. Guess what happen to mine. You guessed it! They also have a similar one for lunch, but was unable to "procure" one, this time that is.
Hope your hungrey!
John
