I had listed a Circus Circus $2.50 Hot August Nights chip on Ebay and put in the description: "One side has "Limited Edition 2,000" and "Hot August Nights 1999". The other side has "Hot August Nights 1999" and the image of a poker hand with an 8, A, and three 9s. I do not know what the signifance of this hand is (if any)."

Well, I received an interesting answer that explains it.

I helped to design this chip and along with Chipco thought it was a clever idea. The response has said that it was.
