It Happens....It happened to Me. Same type deal , My knucklehead claimed i switched the cover on a silver strike , When the cover was removed & not even pictured in post.

I have a friend , who looked into this , when a problem arose for her , and paid $20 , and did some type of arbitration. All i know , is that both sides must leave F/B...After that i am not real sure....

P.S. - might be a good idea , to not leave feedback for "newbies,new collectors ,1 timers etc "till they leave it for you.
