The good Captain Banjo now has a negative feedback on his record. What do you think the chances are that he will "write it off and get on with life?" Seriously - is it OK if he complains, or would that hypocritical?

I suppose if it really bugs him, he could always use your strategy - abandon your old id along with the negative feedbacks you acquired from your postage & handling scam.
