Rick; I've purchased an awful lot of Atlantic City chips over the many years I've been collecting and supplying collectors with chips through my popular A.C. new issues service. NEVER, have I been able to purchase chips directly from a cage.... nor do I know of anyone who has. Even casino employees, including cage personel and supervisors and in-house persons who make bulk purchase for other employees must purchase the chips from a gaming table on the floor....
