Andy...I agree if this was the 60's or 70's...Very seldom does a starter go more than 7 now. You also forgot the "Rooker" factor. He was not pitching well vs the Mets. Of course this observation comes the day after game 1 <G>. Seriously if I bet the "dog" it's usually after they loose the first game of a series. Now I bet the odds are a little better <VBG>.
