I'm pretty confident in the IDs of those two. There were some New Orleans Top Hat chips that came out a while ago with the same "circle eight" brim to the hat. Looks to be a match.

It's the other two I haven't been able to get a lead on and they don't seem to ring a bell with a few people I've spoken with.
