The London Victoria has a boxful of obsolete plaques that theyve been 'forced' to cash for high rollers. From Victoria, other Grosvenors, 'pre' Grosvenors. There doesnt seem to be any disposal plan. They are uncancelled. I can only get them at face. My friend there says I can buy one of each to scan and then return them no problem. I will do that next time. A large number of high face obs chips also. Same deal. My friend put the all out on the counter for me to look through. Must have been 1,000 pieces up to £5,000. Probably £0.5m face in my hands
