I finally got a scanner, and with the assistance of my lovely wife, got the thing to work. Here's my problem: I scanned an advertising poker chip and attempted to post the scan on this board. I tried to use space provided by The Chip Board. I clicked on the "File Upload" at the top of the page, followed the directions to "load" my scan, when I hit the "Upload File(s)" button I got a message that the file I was trying to post was too big. The file was 649,000 bytes and the max is 250,000. Do I have to somehow compress my file (the scan) before I attempt to send it somewhere? If so, how the heck is this done? What did I do wrong? Please HELP!
