I am usually not allowed to comment on eBay on this board , but here is what I know:
- the second listing must be within 30 days of the ending of the first, and it should sell. Otherwise you will be charged a listing fee again. Actually you first get charged, then it is refunded if the item sells.
- You may not relist it endlessly without paying additional fees.

Can't resist putting in a plug for Collecting Fun, where you can list an item until it sells, for a very reasonable monthly fee based on total inventory.
