I've won 3 of Victor's auctions. I haven't heard from him on any of the 3. The first auction ended on Wednesday 10/3 at 10:00. The 3rd auction I won was for a chip professed to be from the Golden Horseshoe in Reno. Subsequent to the auction I've been informed that the chip is NOT from Reno (its from CA). I was told that he was also emailed this fact. I'm not sure what to think of this. Probably there are innocent explanations. However, ...
