Since these, and Jockey Club, and World Trade Center and others often show-up on eBay as "real casino" chips, it is fitting that they should also be listed there as a one-stop resource for chips that aren't really casino chips.

"NO" is the code to indicate casino never opened. I can see that the ones I mentioned are not there. I'm sure that David would to correct this, perhaps he only needs some scans.
