I think the entire rack went undelivered to this casino, which never opened. If really remember the story correctly, the gaming equipment taht had already been delivered, went unpaid. The chips had also been made, but they were not delivered. The distributor sold them in-bulk.
Again, I am going from my memory, but generally, they are from a non-opened casino. The archival/search feature (of the chip board) seems to not be giving me good info as well.
I believe that these should be included in the Club's Fakes/Fantasy/Fraud web-page.
