If TO is really going to play, expect the over to go up and possible the line to drop to -6 for NE

Here's part of the reasoning.

NE looks pretty solid and balanced, they have a good history.

Philly is getting enough points and has some major name players. Can lightning strike?

One prediction was that this will be the most even (as far as betting) and the most money wagered in Las Vegas of any Super Bowl.

Since I don't live in Las Vegas I'm just working on theory here.
