Check out the link below for Carribbean casinos. I have been to St. Maarten a few times. The ship will drop you off in Phillipsburg - a few casinos there (see link).

A big casino in St. Maarten is the Dolphin casino - about a 1/2 hour cab ride.

The Pelican casino listed used to be a good casino - now it is a slot place. No tables.
