Just curious... Lately I've noticed a number of auctions with "insurance required" included with the shipping/handling fees. Is this something new on their part? Since I don't sell on very often, I'm not up on the latest requirements. I can see insurance on some things, but if you're buying a $3-4 item, like one chip, $1.30 does seem a bit much. If this has already been discussed, and I missed the string, would someone tell me when/where it is? Thanks.
