I know this chip is from a Casino in the Phillipines - probably Manilla. The PCOC stands for Phillipines Casino Operations Corporation. My question is - Is this a Roulette Chip (Table #10) or is it a denominated chip - 10 Pesos or whatever their unit of currency is ???
