Jim ----- seems like a fair alternative. Do you always make this known to buyers (or eBay bidders)?

While I appreciate the advantages to the seller of free packaging, $3 or more in postage for a single chip can be onerous (if the chip cost $10, that's 30% for postage; worse for lesser cost chips).
