How about Tennessee? These dumb hillbillies just passed the first legal lottery this year. I think I have 4 or 5 chips from illegal clubs (most I discovered myself) and that is it. When I moved here less than 15 years ago 95% of the people I talked to didn't even know how to play poker and claimed they would never go into a casino.
