I think they are collectible, but there's no market for them. Those are two different things.
I collect them in person, but wouldn't really buy one for anything more than a quarter. James is right about the paper ones, probably harder to find, but with little demand, they won't bring much on the market.
Here's the good news. With TITO machines coming up all over, the coin cups are becoming a "thing of the past" many casinos have generic cups now and won't be ordering new logo cups, because they aren't necessary. No more coins, no more cups.
Save your cups ej some day they will be a bit of history, from when slot machines payed off in coins instead of tickets.
Now how about casino ice buckets?
