I agree they're a natural monopoly. However this doesn't make them thieves, just VERY good at what they do. The federal government (SEC?) has investigated eBay's monopoly status several times over the last few years and always decided that action was not necessary.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I'm a true free-market capitalist and don't believe the government should be interfering at all with free trade.

Of course, I'm also an anarchist who doesn't believe the government should be doing 99% of what it does do, so what do I know ;)
