This may not be out and out bashing, but it sure hint's at it. If you dissagree with my definition of bashing, I apologize.

Here's a post by Bob Orme dated 12/10/04 on the subject:

"These chips are nothing but bad for our hobby, and respect for collectors who buy them is gone from this collector." (Now, does that mean if I buy one, i'll lose all respect? But, if i'm given one, it's okay?)

The chip in question was put up for auction on Ebay. One club member had bid on the chip, but was persuaded by another club member to retract that bid.

Here's the bottom line for me......Being a fantasy chip collector,i'd love to have this chip, but will not buy one out of respect for the wishes of our other club members. But, if per chance, I can find somebody that will buy one and give it to me, will 'yall respect me in the morning ?
