The City Council, but they said the cost and the transportation was to much to send it "ALL BACK TO CHESTER"
I guess I'll just have to sit back and enjoy the beauty of the white stuff. Wierd isn't it, people gripe about it, the snow, but if you look past the bad there is REAL beauty in it.
