Norm, I put the chip Gene posted and your photo side by side. They are Dang! close, but not identical. The position of the insets is very similar the way they hit the rectangles in the mold design, but not exactly the same. The insets also have slightly different shapes. These little things are like fingerprints. The devil is in the details. Unless the repairman somehow made these little changes , which is hard to believe, I would say they certainly different chips.....just my two cents.
