Ernie Wheelden and I bought a rack of the 5c that you show and the $1 navy w/ 4 gray, N1371, both cancelled the same way, about 100 of each. We found them at the large outdoor flea market in LV about 10 years ago. We have sold or traded all of them years ago and I would bet that all of them in collectors hands are from that same batch.
