John, The Melia Hotel chain has hotels all over the world including the Dominican Republic, Spain, Cancun, & Cozumel to name a few. The Corobici Hotel & Casino is located on the road to the airport a number of miles from downtown San Jose. There was a Playboy Club in one of the hotels in the downtown area but I'm not sure if they ever had gaming.
