Here in Cal it take 10 to 15 days for a first class letter to go 15 miles, I can drive it there and back in one hour. Another point to make is this. If you send an item to a P.O.Box and the party has moved and forgot to tell the post office your mail will be held at the post office until the box rent runs out. That could take a year.I have had this happen three time over the past five years. Oh yes and we have higher rates coming. Just my point of view. and two cents worth.
