The Virgin Islands are not a Commonwealth of the United States, but they are a Territory of the United States. There is a big difference there. I have always thought the Virgin Islands have gotten the sort end of the stick as they are like Alaska and Hawaii were before they became States.

The Virgin Islands chips and tokens should be equal to those of the United States. Now, I am not so sure about those of Puerto Rica as it is just a Commonwealth. Just like Canada is to Great Britain.
